How do you make pokemon cheats?

How do you make action replay pokemon diamond/pearl cheats for the DS using pokesav. I have an R4DS and that can use action replay cheats. And on pokesav how do you make the window of the app fit on the screen, I can't always see the bottom of the window. Thanks

....the r4ds has a BUILT IN cheat device already

just download the update at the r4 home site...and then download

CHEAT.dat

then put that in your root of ur card...

then...when you go to the ROM file in ur micro sd card to play....u will see a new ....option available....CHEATS....

then you can use cheat for the rom game...

IF you want to use the r4 as a action replay for a ACTUAL pokemon game(a cartridge ...a official nintendo game)

NITROHAX...and then download it and read the readme...to figure it out....its a app for the ds to allow you to use the r4 as a action replay...plugin in codes from pokesav......
